Why did you set up this shop?

Buying and selling on Facebook wreath supply groups can get a little confusing and chaotic. Keeping track of who ordered what and when from notifications and in the comments or through private messages? I knew there had to be a more efficient way to make sure no one slipped through the cracks.

What’s in it for me?

Excellent question. You’ll know in real time what items are still available! You’ll know what shipping will cost without waiting for me to calculate it and get back to you. And you can pay your invoice right away- before you forget what it was you ordered. 😉

What payment options do you accept?

Payment through PayPal, or use a credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

What is the difference between an in stock sale and a pre-order sale?

In stock sales are limited to items I have on hand. First come first served! While supplies last!

In a pre-order sale there is less pressure to hurry and buy before someone else does. Orders will be accepted during a limited window of time only, usually 24-48 hours. You do have to wait a little longer to get your hands on your fun new ribbon, but you can select exactly what you want.

These two types of sales will alternate, as will the offerings. Some collections I’ve already curated include patriotic,  beach/nautical,  and fun patterns in bright summer colors. And keep your eyes peeled for those fantastic 25 and 50 yard rolls!

Sounds good. When will I get my order?

-In stock items will be packaged and leave my shop within 3-5 business days.

The shipping method varies depending on the size of the package going out, but the US Post Office offers First Class and Priority Packages in 1-3 business days and Retail Ground Shipping in 2-8 business days. Watch for an email from shop@roundrockwreaths.com for your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Is there anything else I should know?

  • Orders will be filled in the order payment is received.
  • If an item is out of stock you will be refunded for that item (and any associated shipping cost) before the remainder of your order is shipped.
  • Tax will be charged on orders sent to Utah.
  • Round Rock Wreaths cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
